PREAMBLE
This Missouri State Addendum (“Missouri Addendum”) supplements and is incorporated into the TODAYcompliant.com Terms of Service (“Master Terms”). This Missouri Addendum applies to all contractors, clients, and users accessing or using the TODAYcompliant.com platform in connection with projects, services, or contractor engagements located in or governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. In the event of a conflict between this Missouri Addendum and the Master Terms, this Missouri Addendum shall control with respect to Missouri-specific requirements.
All contractors registered on TODAYcompliant.com who select service categories covered by Missouri state law are required to comply with applicable Missouri statutes, regulations, and licensing requirements described in this Addendum. By registering on the platform and selecting applicable service categories, contractors represent and warrant that they hold all required Missouri licenses, certifications, and registrations.

SECTION 1 — GENERAL MISSOURI CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
1.1 — Missouri Contractor Licensing Overview
Missouri is generally a less restrictive state for statewide contractor licensing than Illinois or Wisconsin. Missouri does not require a statewide general contractor license. Specific trades are regulated at the state level through the Missouri Division of Professional Registration. If any provision of this Missouri State Addendum is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
23.7 — Updates
TODAYcompliant.com reserves the right to update this Missouri State Addendum to reflect changes in Missouri law. Contractors are responsible for monitoring Missouri regulatory requirements applicable to their trades.
