PREAMBLE

This Indiana State Addendum (“Indiana Addendum”) supplements and is incorporated into the TODAYcompliant.com Terms of Service (“Master Terms”). This Indiana Addendum applies to all contractors, clients, and users accessing or using the TODAYcompliant.com platform in connection with projects, services, or contractor engagements located in or governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. In the event of a conflict between this Indiana Addendum and the Master Terms, this Indiana Addendum shall control with respect to Indiana-specific requirements.

All contractors registered on TODAYcompliant.com who select service categories covered by Indiana state law are required to comply with the applicable Indiana statutes, regulations, and licensing requirements described in this Addendum. By registering on the platform and selecting applicable service categories, contractors represent and warrant that they hold all required Indiana licenses, certifications, and registrations described herein.

SECTION 1 — GENERAL INDIANA CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

1.1 — Indiana Contractor Licensing Overview

Indiana is generally considered a less restrictive state for contractor licensing than Illinois. Indiana does not require a statewide general contractor license. However, specific trades are regulated at the state level, and many Indiana counties and municipalities impose local contractor registration or licensing requirements. Contractors operating in Indiana must verify and comply with all applicable local requirements in each jurisdiction where they work.

• TODAYcompliant.com must be named as an additional insured on all contractor certificates of insurance
• Certificates must include 30-day notice of cancellation endorsement
• Insurance carriers must hold minimum AM Best rating of A- VII
• Biohazard and trauma cleanup contractors must carry policies explicitly covering biohazard work

SECTION 2 — PLUMBING

2.1 — Indiana Plumbing License Requirements

Indiana regulates plumbing under the Indiana Plumbing Code administered by the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission. Required licenses include:

• Indiana Registered Plumber — required for plumbing work (IC 25-28.5)

SECTION 4 — HVAC

4.1 — Indiana HVAC Requirements

Indiana regulates HVAC contractors through the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission. Requirements include:

• EPA Section 608 certification — required for any work involving refrigerants — federal requirement applicable in Indiana

SECTION 8 — HOME INSPECTION AND INSPECTION SERVICES

8.1 — Indiana Home Inspector License

Home inspection in Indiana is regulated under the Indiana Home Inspectors Licensing Act (IC 25-20.2). Requirements include:

This section will be updated if Indiana enacts cannabis legalization legislation. Contractors and clients are responsible for monitoring changes in Indiana cannabis law.

SECTION 11 — PETROLEUM, FUEL SYSTEMS, AND PROPANE

11.1 — Indiana Underground Storage Tank Regulations

Underground storage tank contractors in Indiana must be certified by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) under the Indiana Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Financial Assurance Act (IC 13-23). Requirements include:

• IDEM UST contractor certification — required for UST installation, removal, and repair
• IDEM notification requirements for UST installation, removal, and leaks
• Indiana Excess Liability Trust Fund (ELTF) program compliance for eligible UST releases

11.2 — Indiana Propane / LP Gas

SECTION 12 — LABOR AND WORKFORCE SERVICES

Temporary staffing agencies operating in Indiana must comply with Indiana employment law requirements. Indiana does not currently have a specific temporary labor services registration act comparable to Illinois. However:

• Indiana wage payment requirements under the Indiana Wage Payment Statute (IC 22-2-5) apply to all employers
• Indiana workers compensation insurance required for all employees
• Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Act compliance required

12.2 — Indiana Healthcare Worker Requirements

Labor contractors supplying workers to Indiana healthcare facilities must comply with applicable Indiana healthcare worker requirements:

• Indiana Adult Protective Services background check requirements for workers in certain healthcare settings

• Background checks are the sole responsibility of the labor contracting company — TODAYcompliant.com does not conduct background checks on individual workers

SECTION 13 — REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY AND DRONE SERVICES

13.1 — FAA Part 107 — Indiana Aerial Operations

All commercial drone operations in Indiana, including real estate photography, aerial mapping, and agricultural aerial services, are subject to FAA regulations under 14 CFR Part 107. Contractors performing commercial drone operations must hold:

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate — mandatory for all commercial UAS operations
• FAA drone registration for all UAS over 0.55 pounds

Indiana does not currently impose additional state-level drone licensing requirements. Local municipalities may impose drone operation restrictions. Contractors are responsible for compliance with all applicable local regulations.

SECTION 14 — MINING, GEOTECHNICAL, AND SPECIALTY SERVICES

14.1 — Indiana Mining Requirements

Mining operations in Indiana are regulated by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) Division of Reclamation under the Indiana Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act (IC 14-34). Requirements include:

• Indiana surface mining permit — required for all surface mining operations
• Indiana mine reclamation bond requirements

23.3 — Severability

If any provision of this Indiana State Addendum is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

23.4 — Updates

TODAYcompliant.com reserves the right to update this Indiana State Addendum to reflect changes in Indiana law. Contractors are responsible for monitoring Indiana regulatory requirements applicable to their trades.
